It was a BIG 2-0 night last night for us as our big underdog pick of the New York Islanders came in.

The Islanders were 2.70 odds to beat the Penguins on their home turf and it was a tremendous game with the Islanders winning 4-3 on a shootout. It was a massive win for the Islanders and a big one for us.

On the other pick of the night, we had the Ducks to win in regulation and they did that with a solid 3-1 victory over the Jets.

In the two other games, the Sharks were blown out by the Stars 6-1 to bring their losing streak to 5. No rest for the wicked as they play today against the Predators. The Predators were an early lean for me – they up their game in matches like this – but I’m a bit concerned that this wakes the Sharks up and the turn things around tonight so I’ll stay away.

Instead we’ve got the following picks for you for tonight:

Oilers vs Avalanche Betting Tips:

We profited on the Oilers -1.5 last time they played Colorado and we’re going with the exact same pick tonight.

Oilers won’t underestimate the Avs after the game they had last time. They’ll also be confident that they can beat Colorado after going down and coming back and battling so hard.

This should be a confident and dangerous performance from the Oilers and I’m comfortable with Oilers -1.5.

Blues vs Flames Betting Tips:

Flames are struggling a little bit although the Caps and Predators aren’t exactly pushovers. They’ve got a tough game tonight against the high flying Blues who are on a roll – but Calgary are a more competitive team than the last few teams the Blues have played. I mean Arizona, Colorado and Vancouver aren’t exactly a murderers row of teams.

I like this to play off more like the Ducks/Islanders games that the Blues played which hit 7 goals and be more competitive.

I’m on Over 5 Goals.

Everyone Else: 1.76 Odds at Bet365 (Americans: We recommend http://www.bovada.lv.

Bruins vs Islanders Betting Tips:

When the lines weren’t up for this one earlier I was expecting it to be the 6 goal mark. However the over/under is 5.5 so I’m taking Over 5.5 Goals in this one.

This is a huge game for both teams but I don’t see either of them going the cautious route. Bruins have been scoring at will even when they’ve racked up 4 losses in a row and the opposition rarely seem to matter. Islanders may be a bit tired after that Pens game but I like their offense to keep it up especially with the Bruins recent struggles.

USA: -110 Odds at BetOnline..
Everyone Else: 1.86 Odds at Bet365 (Americans: We recommend http://www.bovada.lv.

Maybe I’m being a little bit of a homer, but I love the Hawks today. They have won 11 of their last 12 road games and 9 of their last 10 matches against the Panthers. On top of that, Crawford has a 6-1 career record against the Panthers with a 1.47 GAA, while Reimer has a 1-4 career record against the Hawks with a 4.52 GAA. Assuming those are the starters tonight, I think 2.3 odds on the Hawks in regulation is awesome value. ML has nice value too at 1.833. Good luck everyone!

BensonD

Ouch 1 for 4. My big pick of pitts/isles going to OT
was there to even things out and save the day.

On to the next.
Sat Mar/25

Toronto ML
-155
Boston ML
-135
Nashville REG
+115
Oilers -2.5
+195

Parlay
Washington – 1.5 & Minnesota REG
+180

what2bet.net

just 1 for today.

Colorado Avalanche/Edmonton Oilers – total Over 5½ (+105)

Johnny Hockey

Early games:

> Wild in regulation – They’re struggeling & they need this win (to get back some confidence) + Bachman in net for Vancouver

> BUT: I will wait if Dubnyk is in net

Tomislav Štefanac

I will try Sharks, Maple Leafs and Wild all in regulation.

AlansonD

Ottawa ML ODD 2.5 with 1 unit

Ben862

Love this pick. Montreal has been very inconsistent and is very overrated here.

Vadim Baruzdin

Great call on Isles/ Pens OT last night whoever had it.
I’ll debut with 3 picks of my own;

Flames get a bounce back tough win in St. Louis with Tkachuk back in the lineup after a 2 game suspension

Carolina playing some good hockey of late, pick em in NJ with Eddie Lack as confirmed starter, he’s been playing much better since being called out.

Blackhawks over Florida….warning though; could be a let down game!

Rumen

Guys what do you think about Wild and Canucks both scoring in the 1st period @ 3.20 odds? I put something on that just in case.

Western RattlersD

Minnesota hasn’t been playing well recently, and Canucks on the road not good either. Wagering on two weak teams for something so specific? If you’ve dug that deep into 1st period stats then good luck.

Petri Kontiola

Canadiens, Devils, Bruins and Sharks.

Orhan Cypriot Ugurcag

I’d take sens over Canadiens, starting with anderson today and since they lost those games they’ve beaten better teams than habs and to be honest I wouldn’t take sharks right now in this rough patch, especially since they lost 9 out of last 10 games in nashville

Caesium

I will take a shot on Canucks ML @ 3.60.

With Kuemper in I see great value on the Canucks side once they have a good chance to outcome as a winner even with Bach in the net! He did good performaces vs Oilers and Ducks, which are red hot teams at the moment! Let’s see!

GLTA

SanDiegoBruinsD

good pick!

Caesium

Thanks bud!

AlansonD

Haha I wanted to pick them too, but I was fine with one pick. And you had more balls than me :)) good job (I think also with Dubnyk they were on a bad road)
Bachman is also kind of a suprise. He has fine stats. 🙂

Caesium

Their stats are really fine. Vs Ducks only 1 allowed against 44 shots! I was attempted to place 0.5u more on them because after placing 1u the odd raised to 3.7, but I didn’t. Lol. Cheers!

I am also with Sens and Hawks, both ML.

AlansonD

I wish us all the best! 😉

Caesium

Too bad to be real…

Caesium

Adding Hawks @ 1.877 and Sens @ 2.35

Caesium

What an embarrassing defeat by Hawks! 🙁

Western RattlersD

WIN in regulation: Edmonton, Washington
OVER: Islanders, Edmonton
(NOTE: in the last 10 games each for both Boston and the Islanders, 19/20 games have been 5 goals or more, and 13/20 have been 6 or more. Boston’s last 5 away games are 4-0-1 for OVER. Edmonton just played Colorado on Thursday and won 7-4. Colorado’s last four games were OVERs. In Edmonton’s last 10 games, 8 were 5 goals or more and 5 were 6 goals or more. The “goal gravity” is UP AND OVER in these two games today.)
Leans: Toronto, Chicago, NYR to win, but that’s three road teams and not totally confident of the situations.

Henry Del Valle Sr.

3-1 on my plays yesterday. I really enjoy it when there are only 5 games to choose from. You can really focus on many stats, trends and story lines. Today has too many games. but we go on, and no time for my reasoning but here ya go:

Columbus in Reg
Chi ML
NYI/Bos Over 5.5
Ott/MTL Under
Nash ML
Nash TT O 2.5
Nash/SJ Over 5.5
TOR/BUFF Over 5.5
EDM PL

Best of luck!

Western RattlersD

Yes, the Columbus in regulation looks great! NJ has won the previous 3, but current stats, trends and Columbus remaining games situation indicates this should be a Columbus victory for sure.

NHL Daily Tips

Sweeeep!

Henry Del Valle Sr.

Please!!!!! I need it!

Oliver Trigg

Predators in reg, Washington in reg , Edmonton in reg, Leafs ML, Hurricanes ML, Blackhawks reg, Senators ML.

Those are my picks although I wont bet senators due to the Canadeins ability to win games when you least expect them too lately..

Western RattlersD

I agree with the Hurricanes. NJ has won the previous 3, but current stats, trends and Carolina’s remaining games situation spells a timely win for Carolina.

Oliver Trigg

Carolina also seem to be coming out a little more now with something to prove at the end of the season.

Guru

Leafs, panthers, senators, Carolina, blues. Plus Islanders brains draw.

Johnny Hockey

Great game by Kuemper LOL

Henry Del Valle Sr.

I am going to recommend Vancouver -1.5

LOOOOOOOOOOLLLLLL

Petri Kontiola

Good pick!:))

Ben862

Haha just pick the opposite of what should logically happen and you’ll do pretty well!

Michael

I got 100 euroes on Chicago ML.
