0-3 last night in what was just a brutal night for us.

Thankfully it wasn’t all bad – social networking fans were treated to the exclusive betting tip of the Habs to win in regulation – which we also mentioned in the comments of yesterdays post. Be sure to follow us on social media – @BetNHL on Twitter or Facebook.com/BetNHL for facebook.

We had the Lightning vs Flyers game going over 5.5 goals. But it was Tampa Bay coming away with the 3-1 without Ben Bishop.

We had the Oilers to respond after firing their coach and win against the Coyotes. It looked like we had a shot but Arizona tied it up to send it to OT where the Coyotes won it.

Lastly we had the Capitals to beat the Panthers and this was stressful to watch. It took 20 rounds of a shootout for this to be decided but it was the Panthers who came away with the win.

After a busy night we are back to a slower night with only three games. The Senators vs the Devils, the Slumping Bruins vs the Wild and the Stars vs Canucks.

With it being a slow night, some people like these nights to put a team together for FanDuel. If you are one of those people then be sure to get your team together by clicking on the ad below.

Stars vs Canucks Betting Tips

These teams played each other back on October 21st and it was the Stars coming away with the convincing 6-3 win.

Canucks are playing bad at the moment. They’re on a 4 game losing streak coming into tonight’s game.

Both of these teams have the potential to score a pile of goals and for tonight’s game I see that happening.

Over 5.5 for 2.10 betting odds

I like the Stars chances in this game. The Canucks are in a slump so let’s jump on board Stars Win for 2.50

And last let’s take the value bet here and go with the Stars in regulation for some amazing odds of 3.25

Hey guys any insight on the other two games? Was thinking about taking money line on Devils (including Ot) and Minesota in regulation.

Mojo

I like those picks

I’m starting to regret them ๐Ÿ˜‰ how on earth are devils still 1 down?

Sorry we didn’t get back to you yesterday. We had absolutely no idea for those two games tbh – we talked about both a lot but didn’t feel confident in anything involving them. Unlucky with the Devils.

No problem guys, thanks for the great advice on stars, unfortunately for me I had it as part of treble.
Can see some good games with potential on -1.5 puck line tonight, strangly though the odds on penguins game are still OTB.

Probably waiting to hear something about Crosby and if he’s partaking in the morning practise or not.

Simon Pekala

Must be just me being baiesd (as a penguins fan). I thought that with or without Crosby the got enough quality to deal easily with avalanche.

Gotta remember though the casual punter and how the bookies have to adjust the lines based on them. So Crosby out will cause more action usually. Probably not just Crosby either – that mumps epidemic could be affecting Pittsburgh a fair bit. Line has opened though and they’re heavily favourites at 1.52.
