We had an excellent night last night, to continue our best month of the season, as we went 3-0 in the NHL Tips.
We had a double pick in the Coyotes vs Oilers game, with the Coyotes to win and Over 5.5 The final score was 4-3 Coyotes in a fun game, to win us both bets there.
We also had the Avs to beat the Florida Panthers. A slightly scary one with the Avs up 3-0, Florida managed to bring it back to 3-2 thanks to a double by Scottie Upshall. Thankfully the Avs held on, to make it a perfect night for us!
Pity none of that good fortune could rub off on my Habs, who put in a dismal performance against Detroit. The Red Wings dominated them although Gustavsson did make some big stops which changed the game.
Alright, it’s Saturday January 25th 2014 and to my fellow Scottish compatriots, I wish you a Happy Rabbie Burns Day. I’ll be heading down to the local Scottish pub here for lunch very soon for a nice Haggis supper.
Let’s get onto the NHL Betting Tips:
Blue Jackets vs Sabres: Blue Jackets to Win In Regulation
Columbus are on an 8 game winning streak, taking on a team they have beaten twice before. The last one was just 7 days ago and was a tight one, as the Blue Jackets won 4-3 in a shootout.
When you’re on a big run, the biggest concern is always complacency. After that game against the Sabres the Jackets won’t be taking Buffalo lightly, and I like them to do the business in regulation.
1.74 odds on that one at http://www.5Dimes.eu(Need to register to see lines).
Blue Jackets vs Sabres: Over 5.5
A nice price of 2.05 odds at http://www.BetOnline.ag on this one, so we’re going to go with over 5.5 goals in this game.
Americans: Place your NHL bets at Bovada. Very trustworthy, 100% deposit bonus, and awesome player and team props. Canadians: Sports Interaction - $20 Free Bet and $125 in Bonus Money.
Columbus have been scoring a lot of goals lately, and their offense is working great together. Buffalo are conceding a ton but also finding the net – they’ve scored 3 goals in every game since January 12th.
Go with Over 5.5 goals on this one.
Bruins vs Flyers: Over 5.5
These are usually good games and this is the first time these teams are playing each other all season. Both teams have had rest and plenty of time to get hyped up for this matchup.
Should be a fair amount of penalties as well, and I like this to go Over 5.5.
