Senators vs Canadiens Betting Tips:

These are always great games.  Teams separated by a bridge.

Since his return from injury Price has been great and his team has show some life as they rally around their goalie.

I said it before but we are riding Price and his hot streak until he shows us otherwise.

Jets ML and PL

Caesium

Leaning Sens ML.

I am waiting a bit more as I think it will get cheaply. Currently is @ 2.23.

Caesium

I like Condon tonight. I don’t understand why many are relying on his start to justify Habs win. I think it was a smart decision by Boucher because Anderson has been the main cause of Sens’s losses. Habs aren’t playing awesome hockey and Prince performances will not be forever. He was brutal vs CBJ otherwise Habs would lost that one. He’s coming from a long stop and now will play his 3rd in 5 nights with 73 SV. Sens are back with 2 days off to charge batteries and think about were they can and need to improve.

Steve Dimase

I also put a small bet on sens gl

Caesium

GL to us!

Caesium

Condon did well. Ceci not really. Sens are without offensive power. They need to be dirty if want to win!!! From Habs, nothing especial as expected. A lot of effort but without playing so well. Even Price had a quite night. Overall, boring game.

magus1349

Lost 1.5 units last night.
For tonight:
Lightning, Ducks and Avalanche with one unit;
Stamkos, Perry and Yakupov with half unit.

Western RattlersD

To WIN: St. Louis and Winnipeg.
The other two games could be tied in regulation. I’d pick Winnipeg anyway, but with Colorado having Landeskog out with a suspension, their capacity to deliver full ice coverage pressure just dropped considerably. Look for them to try to adjust for a few games, but that will open sloppy holes in the play for fast dangerous Winnipeg to take advantage. Watch the red light spin!

Articulation

Odds on STL are horrible. Better bet ANA@2.95

Iceman

-1 -0.5 or PL

Articulation

Just ML. It’s 3.05 now at bet365. At those odds it’s well worth it.

Iceman

Yea man Duck don’t look good at all and gibson not so good on the road ?

1u on Regulation and PL or tt

Articulation

The problem is the NHL is so random, I would never bet the favourite with short odds. On any night the worst team can beat the best team (it gives them motivation…). The oddsmakers cannot take such factors into account, it’s just too unreliable. I see ducks are up 3-0 here going into the 3rd. I’m not gonna pretend like I saw this coming (I was hoping the ducks might squeak it into OT), not to mention the game is not even over yet if the Blues can come back, but the point is valid that it’s not a bad deal to bet on a big underdog in a sport where every game is close to 50/50. We’re not trying to pick a winner, we’re just trying to make profitable bets. Everbody has their threshold – for me (in the NHL) if the odds on the dog are about 2.75 or better, I’m always betting on the dog.

Caesium

Agree almost with all, except with probability of success to be 50/50. That game was far way from that, but also from 70/30 to justify a bet. The right call would be no bet. Gibson saved that one, or better saying, one more. He’s my favorite goalie, which not mean he’s the best, but because he can deal with a lot of adversities.

Tonight tips,

St Louis win
Ottawa win
Jets win

Good luck everyone!

Franky

MTL Reg, TBL ml

Juri Safoshin

Will try with the St. Louis Blues (-1.5)

Nik

Clean sweep yesterday going 4-0 with muy bets.

Not too interesting games for me tonight but I’m taking Tampa ML.

Franky

Wish they would confirm Tampa’s goalie.

SanDiegoBruinsD

I heard Badaj in one place but the Bolts beat writer thinks Vasilevskiy starts.

Oliver Trigg

Vas is in net from what I see.

Johnny Hockey

> Habs in reg (Condon in net for Ottawa)

Edis Hadzic

tampa over 5,5 habs over 5,5 blues ML

SanDiegoBruinsD

Bolts ML -105 – these odds are a gift. The Bolts are a much better team than the Bs and are coming off a confidence-building win over the Sabres. Bolts have a terrible record playing in Boston which will provide them with plenty of motivation. Bs are depleted with injuries to Krejci, DeBrusk and maybe Spooner. I’m a little nervous about Badaj in net for Bolts but that should be evened out because Rask is in net for Bs and he hasn’t been overwhelming. Other than Badaj I don’t see a downside with Bolts ML.

Jet ML – Pretty good odds for a Jets team that is the class of their division with a 5-1 record vs division opponents. They don’t have any weaknesses and with Hellebuyck in net tonight they’ll take home a W on the road against an Avs team playing without their captain Landeskog. I also have a bet on the over and a small bet on Jets PL.

Blues PL – Anaheim is having a very tough season so far. They are missing their best player and are 1-4 in last five games against a team that is 6-1 vs teams with a losing record. If Blues are hitting on all cylinders it should be a blow out.

Iceman

Thanks Man I’m always up for your picks ??

Oliver Trigg

Got to keep it short and sweet tonight.

Blues Reg- Anaheim injuries are endless, and the Blues are in supreme form. Ducks have been getting beat up by teams and don’t see that stopping with a rolling blues teams.

Bolts ML- Value is great, bolts have stumbled lately but should be able to easily handle a Bruins side who have Rask in net, and are struggling on all fronts.

Canadiens ML/reg- Price has been great on his return, and despite going against the Canadiens in their last 2 games I won’t here. Ottawa has scored a grand total of 8 goals in their last 6 games, and leaked goals like crazy. With Condon in net I dont see them besting the Canadiens, especially with their historical struggles against Montreal.

Jets ML/Reg In my opinion the Jets are among the best three teams in the NHL right now. Their offense is ploughing through opponents, even if they concede a few goals. With Landeskog out for Avalanche I struggle to see them out scoring the Jets. Game probably ends in reg.

SanDiegoBruinsD

Agreed across the board

Iceman

Great picks
