It was a 2-0 night of hockey for us in the NHL and we also win with our WHL double for a good betting night in what was a fun night of hockey.
We won with both the Knights winning and the Stars in regulation.
In the other games – things don’t look good for the Habs who went to 1-3-0 with that home loss to the Blackhawks. The Flyers lost 5-6 to the Predators in a great game with a hilarious collapse from the Flyers. They ended up challenging the game tying goal and losing the challenge, giving themselves a 3 vs 5 penalty to kill and yep did not happen.
A smaller card tonight with 5 games and it’s an interesting one. Let’s get to it:
Devils vs Maple Leafs Betting Tips:
The Leafs aren’t always going to have goalfests, but every game involving them for the next little while we’re going to be looking at two potential bets: if they can win, and if the game has the possibility to go anything but over.
We know all about the Leafs – what about the Devils? Their offense looks to be on point with 4 goals against the Avs and 6 goals against the Sabres. I’m not sold on them yet but I do like a confident offense when betting on an over.
I don’t think their defense is too hot. Schneider has looked decent this season but I still think he’s going to have a tough season and hopefully that begins tonight.
We’re backing the two strong offenses here as both teams battle to remain unbeaten.

Penguins vs Capitals Betting Tips:
Similar to the Leafs – when the Penguins vs Capitals play each other we’re always looking at the over. Not that it’s going to happen all the time but with two strong offenses there’s always a good chance.
The Penguins – man, who knows what Penguins are going to show up at the moment – are a bit hard to figure out but they could have Hornqvist back, Cole is out and they’re going to be up for this game we’d hope.
The biggest concern for games like these is usually Holtby but we still like this one to go over. We’re banking on the Pens to be really up for this game – but the Caps to match them due to the fact that it’s the Caps and it’s not the playoffs.

They have a pretty good start of the season.
Bruins haven’t been so impressive in their last games.
Avs won 11 out of 17 games played agaisn’t the Bruins.

Yes think Pens will win because they still have the best team of the Nhl and playing against caps is prestige game for them.

Dont really like avs much. They are not stable team. For me bruins is much ready and organized team. I could even go with reg on that game but promised that I wont do that. Good luck mate.

A scary list of NHL today, but here goes:

There is conflicting data on the Toronto game (goals for/against, for instance) and I don’t feel confident leaping to bet on Colorado though they just beat Boston in Boston.

Avs ML and in regulation. Goaltending is a big reason. Rask has not been good and Varlamov has been outstanding. Bruins are having trouble scoring and it won’t help that Bergeron and Backes are out tonight. All new line combos could result in lack of production.
