Sorry for the lateness of tips tonight – unfortunately it can be hard to pull ourselves away from the swim up bar here at the resort but we managed to do it today. This’ll be a short version of the tips let’s get to it:
Flames vs Blue Jackets: Over 5.5
The Blue Jackets are already a high powered team, and now with the additions in the off-season they can field two solid lines.
Calgary – no-one is expecting anything of them, and we saw against Washington they will go all out this season. That wasn’t a one-off; we expect to be tipping the Flames over quite often this season.

Jets got the surprise win over the Oilers on opening day but that may be more the Oilers problem than the Jets potential.

Islanders vs Devils: Islanders to Win
Brodeur was better built for a shortened season, and with all the turnover in the Devils team in the off-season it’s going to take awhile for them to get into their groove.
Tavares is ready to take the next step and become a superstar, The Okposo/Moulson/Tavares line is going to be sick and the 5/6 odds is great value.
