Preds were able to sneak in the win yesterday as expected.
Big win for the Caps yesterday which was nice to see. Surprised how the Kings/Oilers one went, but a tight win for LA.
Six games today but same as yesterday with just quick thoughts:
– I mean I am not going to back a back-to-back repeat one like Caps/Penguins, but mathematically there is still a chance the Caps can make it, and with a resounding win like that yesterday – I like Caps in regulation. I said yesterday they haven’t proven to be backable but you HAVE to think they come out strong today. Pitiful if they do not.
– Islanders are done. I really don’t hate a Habs bet there as I think mentally NYI are cooked.
– I don’t feel as confident in the Jackets as I do the Caps. They looked so great and have then practically ruined their chances. They just seem self-destructive.
– Ducks really should get the job done but would have to be -1.5 and metrics don’t back that.
That’s pretty much it. If there was one bet I’d go with today it’d be Caps in regulation.
