First we want to thank everyone who signed up at Bet365 on Wednesday, after we asked.
To be completely transparent and explain it a bit more; we are affiliated with the online sportsbooks we promote. We get a cash payment from them when we send them a new depositing player.
Those affiliate payments are what keep BetNHL free, and have kept the site running for 15 years now.

Canadiens vs Lightning Game 3 Betting Tips:
Scott: There was 32 combined penalty minutes in first period which was the most in a playoff 1st period in 4 years. So as we all saw this series has turned rough.
With the series tied and now moving to Montreal I do like the Habs chances here with the home crowd behind them.

Mammoth vs Knights Game 3 Betting Tips:
Scott: Game 2 was tied until Cooley scored late to take the lead and the Mammoth tied rhe series.
Game one saw the Knights win by a couple and game two was a close one. I think the Knights should win this game if they stick to the game plan. Experience will play a roll in this series.

Graeme: Very disappointed in the Knights in that last one. Losing confidence in them a fair bit. Not sure how much the home/road split will make a difference. I said I’d do player props if I didn’t like a bet on the game itself but honestly I put a ton of analysis into those and I just don’t have the time today so no bet for me.
Ducks vs Oilers Game 3 Betting Tips:
Scott: The Ducks picked up the win in game 2 and now get to play at home for the next couple.
The Oilers have been in this situation before, losing in the Cup finals the last 2 seasons, and know that they’ll have to regroup and get back in the win column to retake the series lead.

Graeme: Man what a horror show from McDavid. Is he going to be able to pick himself up after that? I think it’s an okay thing to bet on as his ankle sounds fine. Of course this is the playoffs and it could be broken and we wouldn’t know. But we’re getting rare decent odds on it so McDavid Anytime Scorer at 1.95.
