10 games yesterday and I went 2-0 with the tips.
Went with Canes in regulation against the Blue Jackets and they won 4-1. They scored 4 unanswered in the win.
Had the Ducks to beat the Penguins and it was a close one. Was tied 2-2 until the Pens scored a late powerplay goal but the Ducks were able to score a shorty with 1 second left to send it to overtime. It needed a shootout and thankfully the Ducks came out 4-3 winners.
The Flyers beat the Sharks 4-1, the Lightning playing on back to back nights didnt bother them when they beat the Habs with ease 6-1. The Devils beat the Sens 4-3 to snap their losing skid at 5 games and the last place Preds beat the first place Avs 4-3 in a shootout.
A slower night with 4 games and I’m fine with that.
Rangers vs Blackhawks
The Rangers have lost 2 in a row, are 5-3-2 in last 10 and have gone a strong 12-4-1 on the road.
The Hawks have also lost 2 in a row, are 2-6-2 in last 10 and are 6-5-3 at home. They have allowed 13 goals over this 2 game skid.
Rangers are the favourites here and have the edge on CF and CA. They also have the lead in GF/60 and GA/60 but the XGF/60 and XGA/60 numbers show that the Hawks should be scoring more and allowing less.
Wings vs Flames
The Wings are 4-4-2 in last 10 and on the road they have gone 7-5-2.
The Flames have won their last 3 games, are 7-2-1 in last 10 and at home they have a similar record as the Wings do on the road going 7-4-2.
This is another game where the data points to a Flames win but the expected goals for and against numbers show that the Wings are due for more.
Panthers vs Mammoth
Panthers are 5-4-1 in last 10 including winning the last 2 and haven’t had the best luck on the road going 4-6-0.
The Mammoth have dropped 2 in a row, are 4-6-0 in last 10 and 7-4-1 in Utah. Without Cooley they lose a some much needed firepower.
I want to take the Panthers here but it’s their road record that has me put off.
Kings vs Kraken
The Kings are 4-3-3 in last 10, have won 2 in a row and have been really good on the road going 10-2-4.
The Kraken are really in the shit right now. They have lost 6 games straight, are 3-6-1 in last 10 and at home they are 6-5-3.
Kings have edge in CF, CA, SF, SA yeah pretty much everything. With their home record and the Kraken on the slump it’s a play.

Scott your summary didn’t do that Ducks game justice lol. I was at work following on the NHL app and saw 10 seconds left in the game , closed my phone thinking it was done. Saw the highlights when I returned home, they scored with .2 seconds left then won the shootout!
I had the over and Ducks in that one and it for once felt like the opposite of a bad beat. Super lucky to cash both.
Agree on the Kings tonight it’s the only game standing out on the board
F…k the Kings, winning easily the bully with 30 seconds left and were not able to clear the puck due to w….k play by Kempe….to make it even worse leave 3 kraken players completly unmarked in front of Forsberg…..2-2 …bet was gone….
Calgary -110
I think there’s just enough value on the Flames for me to make it worth a play, even if it doesn’t come through.
Monitoring if Cooley bounces back after his last game was a poor performance. Calgary has done well keeping the xGA low which could help limit chances against.
