4 games yesterday and there was 1 tip that was a win.
Graeme had the Ducks vs Blackhawks game to go over 6.5 and it did when the Hawks won 5-3 with Bedard scoring twice and adding two assists.
The Caps beat the Isles 4-1, the Canes barely beat the Flames 1-0 in overtime and the Stars scored 5 unanswered goals and beat the Sens 6-1
5 games tonight
Penguins vs Flyers
Pens had their asses kicked in their last game by, of all teams, the Leafs losing 7-2 and have now gone 4-3-3 last 10.
The Flyers are on a 3 game win streak and are 6-2-2 in last 10.
They played back in October and the Flyers won that one 3-2 in a shootout.
I was ready to take the Flyers here but then I looked deeper into the numbers and I have talked myself out of it. Pens have better Corsi for and Shots for numbers which was enough for me to have concern.
Jackets vs Devils
Jackets are pretty much unbackable at the moment as they have lost 4 games in a row. 8 of their last 11 games have needed extra time too which only adds to it.
The Devils are 5-4-1 in last 10 and at home they have been great going 9-1-1. These teams played back at the start of October with the Devils winning that one 3-2.
We would have to take the Devils in regulation and the metrics, although on their side, just don’t give me enough confidence.
Jets vs Sabres
Jets beat the Preds in their last game which ended a 4 game losing skid. The Sabres are 5-5 in last 10.
Really nothing I like from this game. The odds are close which is another reason im staying away.
Ducks vs Blues
The Ducks played yesterday and blew a 3 goal lead. They are 6-6-1 on the road.
The Blues have won 2 straight but are still way down in the standings going 9-10-7 this season. At home they have gone 5-5-4
Ducks have advantage in CF, CA is basically a tie, SF goes to Ducks and SA is also a tie. I would lean towards the Ducks but with them playing yesterday I just can’t.
Mammoth vs Sharks
They last played on November 18th and the Sharks won 3-2 in OT.
Both teams have a 12-11-3 record and both rank in the bottom half in GPG and GAPG.
The Mammoth haven’t been great of late losing 3 games in a row and going 3-4-3 in last 10.
Sharks are 5-5 in last 10 and 3 of those wins were done in overtime so they record is slightly misleading.
Despite them being on a skid, the Mammoth have the edge in CF, CA, SF and GF. I just can’t back them on a 3 game skid so I have to pass.

Pittsburgh/Philadelphia Under 6.5 -155
This is an alt line, but I still thought it was decently priced based on the goaltenders.
San Jose +136.
Plus money at home makes this decent value despite it being an ugly pick.
I hate unders but im tracking my hypothetical (if I would have) and id be up in the positives ….
PHI/PIT, SJS/UTA looks to be unders forsure. Like you, found U6.5 @-135 both, going with it…. Im negative on the season and need to turn this around!
Been a brutal start for me… not sure how these fellas are doing on this site but yeah
I hate unders too because of the empty net prospects at the end of games. But if I can learn to identify it in certain situations, maybe it can be beneficial to me in the long run.
Maybe you’re up on em cuz you hate em lol. So it makes it have to be something you feel strongly on in order to take. Adds an extra layer to your criteria.
I think a lot of times we talk ourselves into plays just for the sake of it and avoid plays we aren’t comfortable being wrong on. Both my plays today (an under and San Jose) are ugly. But I feel like sometimes not going where my instincts take me is what could be holding me back personally.
Yes, couldnt agree more
Buffalo – Winnipig
This is a matchup between teams struggling defensively.
The Sabres have struggled in goal early in the season, with a save percentage that ranks 18th in the league, conceding an average of 3.44 goals per game.
On the other hand, The Winnipig are struggling without Connor Hellebuyck .
The Jets have conceded an average of 3.33 goals per game over their last six games without Hellebuyck. Their offense has remained strong, scoring three or more goals in four of their last six games.
Over 6.5 goals including OT
Well its looking good after 1. At least the Sabres are doing their part.,LOL
