11 games yesterday and I could only find 1 tip but it was a win.
I had the Sabres to beat the Blues and they did 4-2. They were down 2-1 after the 1st but scored the next 3, including on an empty net at the end, for the win. They have now won 9 games in a row.
The Panthers beat the Caps 5-3 scoring the last 3 goals of the game. Rangers vs Canes game went to OT where the Canes won 3-2. The Jackets won their 3rd in a row when they beat the Sens 4-1. The Oilers beat the Jets 3-1 and the Canucks beat the Kraken 3-2 in a shootout snapping the Krakens win streak at 4 games.
Only 5 games today and thats great news.
Canadiens vs Panthers
The Habs are 5-2-3 in last 10 and have gone to a shootout in 2 of their last 3 games losing both.
The Panthers played yesterday so I’m not taking them. Great news for the Panthers, Tkachuk has practiced for the first time this season. He hasn’t played since game 6 of the Stanley Cup Finals.
Devils vs Leafs
Last played on October 21st with the Devils winning 5-2.
The Devils got Jack Hughes back but have still lost 3 games in a row. On paper they have a good team it just hasn’t shown on the ice yet.
The Leafs have so many issues that I’m not touching them any time soon. Not sure what the Leafs need to do to fix things but they have to figure it out soon.
Hurricanes vs Penguins
Canes played yesterday and beat the Rangers in overtime. With them just playing I have to pass on them.
The Penguins are 2-5-3 last 10. One of the wins was in a shootout against the Habs the other when they beat the ass off of the Hawks. 5 of their last 11 games went to extra time. Only 2 wins in last 10 games so another pass.
Islanders vs Blackhawks
Nothing here.
Flyers vs Canucks
Last played on December 22nd with the Flyers winning 5-2.
The Flyers are 4-2-4 in last 10. With the obvious number of overtime games played they are a tough team to get a read on.
The Canucks played yesterday and won in a shootout. In last 10 they are 6-4-0 and at home they have been bad going 4-11-1. They have looked better since the trade but with them just playing and the results they have had at home I’m staying away.
Things are rough in TOR and CAR with injuries eh…
