1-1 yesterday.
The Islanders delivered, as I expected. Always loved those Islanders. A nice and easy win for them and a relaxing game for betting.
Not so much with the Pens.It was an underdog pick and man was looking good for a bit until halfway through the games, the Stars just slammed them. We did get some entertainment value out of it with the Pens making it interesting in the 3rd, but then the Stars wrapped it up at the death.
Glad I stayed away from the Sens and the Devils. Kraken again showing they aren’t a playoff team. Jets pulled off the mega upset which I didn’t see coming. Good for them.
And also glad I dodged the Kings. I dodged quite a few bullets yesterday which is nice.
With B2Bs, let’s see if we got anything today.
Rangers vs Panthers
I’d like to think the Rangers can carry their momentum into this game. Metrics are a bit mixed. Honestly despite the B2B situation if it was better odds I might back them but at 1.70 – meh. Rangers however have had some close games and offense generally good so I’ll be surprised if they lose here.
Blue Jackets vs Bruins
With the wheels coming off a bit in Columbus at the moment i can’t back them in regulation here against another team who is fighting for the playoffs. Don’t see enough to back the other side. Metrics are tricky do lean Jackets but not enough to bet.
Lightning vs Predators
Will not surprise me if Tampa continue their run here. If it wasn’t for the B2B and the fact that Preds are still in the playoff hunt I’d take them in regulation here no problem. Preds will be feeling desperate after last nights loss.
Hurricanes vs Canadiens
Habs on a good run but a tricky spot against a team they just played recently.
Flyers vs Stars
No idea if the Stars win yesterday is going to be a turning point for a run going into the playoffs or a one off.
Devils vs Blackhawks
Nothing here will be interesting seeing if the Devils bounce back and find their mojo again after the Canes loss. They have did it a couple of times so far. Another one that I like but don’t have the conviction to back it.
