I had the Kings the beat the Caps but the Caps beat the Kings 2-1 ending the Kings win streak at 4 games. The Kings had better stats and had lost only once in regulation up to that game on the road.
Sabres beat Oilers 5-1, Canes beat Bruins 3-1, Panthers were down 2-0 and answered with 5 of their own and came away 8-5 winners. The Habs scored twice in the 3rd to tie it and force overtime against the Jackets but the Jackets won 4-3 in a shootout.

Blues vs Leafs
Blues are slumping. They have lost 2 in a row, are 3-4-3 in last 10 and are 3-4-0 on the road.
The Leafs are also slumping. They have lost 5 games straight and are 4-5-1 in last 10. At home they’ve gone 7-4-2.
I can’t pick a winner when both teams are playing like shit.
Kraken vs Wings
Kraken on a 2 game win streak, are 5-2-3 in last 10 and 3-3-2 on the road. The Wings are 5-4-1 in last 10 games and have gone 6-3-1 in Detroit.
Both teams are ranked in the 20s for GPG. The Kraken are 6th in GAPG and the Wings 20th.
The Wings have a decent advantage in CF and SF/60. The Kraken are better in GF/60 and GA/60. Can’t find an advantage big enough for me to make a play here.
Devils vs Lightning
Played once near the start of the season and the Devils won that one 5-3.
The Devils are on a 2 game win streak and 6-3-1 in last 10. They are 6-4-0 on the road.
The Lightning are 7-3-0 in last 10 but 4-5-0 at home.
For GPG the Devils are 7th and the Lightning 17th. For GAPG the Devils are 11th and the Lightning are again 17th.
The Lightning have good XGF and XGA numbers and if they could reach those numbers they would be on a tear right now. Until then though I have to pass.
Jackets vs Jets
Jackets 5-3-2 in last 10 and 5-4-1 on the road. Jets are 5-5-0 in last 10 and 5-3-0 in Winnipeg.
Nothing I like here.
Islanders vs Stars
Now onto Graemes favourite team the Isles. They lost their last game but before that they had won 4 in a row with the last 3 coming in overtime. They are 6-3-1 in last 10 and on the road they have gone 6-4-1.
Stars are on a 5 game win streak and 7-1-2 in last 10. At home they are 6-3-1. They are 9th in both GPG and GAPG where the Isles are 14th and 20th.
The Stars have the numbers on their side making it so we would have to take them in regulation. With the Isles needing all of the overtime recently I have to pass.
Flames vs Blackhawks
These teams played each other on November 7th and Hawks won that 4-0.
Flames haven’t been very good this season going 5-12-3 and are in 8th in the Pacific. They’ve gone 3-5-2 in last 10 and 2-8-1 on the road.
The Hawks are off to a decent start going 9-5-4 and 5-3-1 in last 10. They’ve gone 4-2-2 at home.
It’s strange seeing the data and the Flames having the advantage when they haven’t been playing very well. It has me off of a play here.
Mammoth vs Sharks
The Mammoth played yesterday and lost 3-2 to the Ducks in overtime.
The Sharks have dropped 2 in a row and are 6-3-1 in last 10 and have gone 4-3-3 at home.
These teams playes back in October and the Mammoth won 6-3. I would think that the Mammoth should win but they just played yesterday so I have to pass.
Rangers vs Knights
Rangers have beem playing much better of late going 7-3-0 which has them in 5th in the Metro. On the road they have been great going 9-1-1.
The Knights lost their last game and are 3-3-4 in last 10 and are in 4th in the Pacific. At home they have gone 4-3-3.
For GPG the Rangers are 30th and the Knights are 15th. For GAPG the Rangers are 2nd and the Knights 11th.
The Knights have the edge in CF/60, CA/60, both Fenwicks, SF and SA/60. Theres enpugh there to make this a play.

Im really leaning Lightning regulation. I feel like tonight is the night they reach what they are expected to and just starting to roll…. It is early though I agree, feel like goalie matchup and at home strengthens that gut feel.
Toronto/St-Louis over 5.5 seems interesting too.
