16 games yesterday I had 2 tips and went 1-1.
I had the Jets to win against the Wild and thankfully I took it including overtime as after blowing a two goal lead the game went to OT where Connor scored less than a minute into the extra frame.
Mammoth to beat the Oilers didn’t come through although they were up 2-0 they lost 6-3.
Eichel and Dorofeyev both scored twice for the Knights and they beat the Canes 6-3. The Flyers beat the Penguins 3-2 in a shootout. The Ducks beat the Panthers 3-2 in a shootout. The Jackets beat the Sabres 4-3 in overtime.
The Bruins beat the Isles 5-2 after being down 2-0. The Lightning beat the Preds 5-2 to extend their win streak to 3 games. The Wings started another win streak when they beat the Blues 5-2 for the 2nd game in a row. Bedard scored his first career hat trick and the Hawks beat the Sens 7-3.
Only 1 for us tonight and obviously both teams played yesterday.
Leafs vs Jackets
Both teams won yesterday and both are on 2 game win streaks.
The Leafs are 5-4-1 and haven’t won a road game yet this season losing both away from Toronto. 3 of their last 6 games went to overtime.
The Jackets are 5-4-0 and are 1-3 in Columbus having much better success on the road. Their last 2 games have gone to extra time.
The records of these teams is basically the same and the success, or lack thereof, based on where they are playing is also similar.
I would love to have a tip for this game but I can’t force one and thats what it would be.
