Well I dropped the ball again last night going 0-3.

We had the Flyers to beat the Sabres but, for the 2nd time this week, the Sabres won. This time it was 3-1 with rookie Jack Eichel scoring the first goal of the game which was his 4th of the year.

Next we had Over 5.5 in the Jackets – Capitals game but the goals weren’t there and the Caps won 2-1.

Our last tip was the Avalanche to beat the Hurricanes but the Canes strong play of late continued when they came away with the  3-2 for their 3rd win in a row.

An amazing day full of hockey today with 10 games for us to enjoy with the first game  starting at 1:00 and the last at 10:00.

Sharks vs Stars Betting Tips:

Going to be a good game.

The Stars last 3 games, 2 of them wins, have had totals of 7, 7 and 8 and they have the potential to go over 5.5 themselves.  The Sharks can also score but they have only won once in their last 5 games so they need this win.

If Niemi plays tonight for the Stars it will be his first game against his former team since the trade brought him to Dallas.

Over 5.5 for 1.91 at Bovada for Americans and http://www.Bet365.com for everyone else.

Penguins vs Maple Leafs Betting Tips:

Another huge game here.  It’s the return of fan favorite Phil Kessel.  They have played once already this year but it was in Pittsburgh.  It will be interesting to see how the crowd responds.

I think the Pens win as they are hitting their stride and the Leafs are struggling.  But I think the Leafs make a game of it with Kessel in the building.

Over 5 for 1.74 at http://www.5Dimes.eu for Americans(Need to register to see lines) and and http://www.Bet365.com for everyone else.

Islanders vs Devils  Betting Tips:

The Devils are hurting at home so far this year where they’re 1-3-1.  The Isles have done well so far on  the road going 2-1.

The Isles have had a good start to the year with some streaks mixed in there.  They opened with 2 losses, followed that with 4 wins, then a loss, 2 wins, another loss and now it’s tonight.

I like their chances to take this one.

Islanders win for 1.71 at Bovada for Americans and http://www.Bet365.com for everyone else.

.

OHL Betting Tips:

Our record is 4-1 after the Rangers couldn’t cover the
handicap last night.

We’re going to take Barrie Colts on the road against Hamilton. Hamilton have been a bit of a mess and just played last night.

Barrie have a nights rest after playing and losing to Erie and will be hoping to get back on the winning track.

Have a fun and safe Halloween

I like the Pens too. Fleury has been awesome and the Pens scored 4 goals albeit against Buffalo but it’s still a win. BTW the odds for the OHL are on Bodog now. Two afternoon games. Hamilton played last night and lost (shut out) and play 2:00 today against the Colts. Wonder if fatigue will be a factor….I like the Colts at -120.
Happy Halloween!

Yeah that’s the one tip I’m going with.

Was leaning towards Erie/Sarnia Over 7 goals but Erie like to play tight at home. Wasn’t fully convinced on that one.

Just in case you’re trying to decide between Moneyline game or Moneyline 1st period, you might wanna keep this in mind. In the past 5 games, the Colts have finished the 1st period with 3 wins and 2 pushes whereas the Dogs have 5 losses and 1 push. This could go in the Bolts favour if the Dogs are sluggish in the 1st because they played last night. The Dogs also have a record as a ‘come from behind’ team.
