Well a mixed night of fortunes. Those who are participating in the Bodog Divisional Dynasty had a nice night as we went 3-1 with the picks there.
Unfortunately we had a losing night with the tips, going 1-2.
We took the Leafs at a nice value bet of about 2.5 odds but that didn’t pan out as they continued their tradition of not winning in Vancouver(since 2003 I believe) and got a good old hammering. Probably something Toronto need.
We had Red Wings to win and that was quite the easy one. We also had Sharks/Coyotoes Over 5.5 and despite 4 goals going into the 3rd period, they both drew a blank despite some crazy attempts by San Jose.
Today we have 3 games on board after a couple of busy nights. The Dallas Stars visit the Ottawa Senators, the Calgary Flames are on the road against the Chicago Blackhawks and the New Jersey Devils, fresh off quite the loss last night, are at Minnesota.
Let’s get to the NHL Tips for November 13th, 2013 – we both have busy days so I am going to be quick here with the write-ups:
Bodog Divisional Dynasty:
3-1 last night in the Bodog Divisional Dynasty and today we have the Minnesota Wild.
Flames vs Blackhawks: Over 5.5
The Blackhawks are really starting to get things together lately. Their offense is looking hot, and the Calgary Flames are always good for both conceding goals and scoring goals.
Both teams have very hot offenses and we expected this one to bet 6. Seeing it at 5.5 is a steal and get on the Overs at Bovada for Americans and http://www.Bet365.com for everyone else. for 1.90 odds.
Flames vs Blackhawks: Hawks -1.5
We love the Hawks here and we think they will school the Calgary Flames just like they did to Winnipeg. As shown against the Jets even if Toews isn’t hammering them in – others will. The Blackhawks offense is looking great at the moment and we’re going to go with them to cover the spread especially with the Calgary Flames key injuries. Back the Hawks Handicap for 2.20 odds at Bovada for Americans and http://www.Bet365.com for everyone else..
Devils vs Wild: Wild To Win
We like the Wild here – but unfortunately not enough to take the handicap. Jagr is starting to heat up, and while we like the Wild to win this one and think the odds of 1.5 are fair, we think Devils may be able to keep it close. Just enough to put us off the handicap.
Bet Zach Parise to have a big game, against a very beaten up Devils team. The handicap is also tempting but Schneider being back – he’s did a solid job for the Devils in the games he has played. We’re playing it safe with Wild to win at http://www.5Dimes.eu for Americans(Need to register to see lines) and and http://www.Bet365.com for everyone else..
