Unfortunately we’ve had a bad couple of days with the tips – it happens. On Tuesday 1 goal cost us in each game(although we picked up the Away Teams Goals win), and last night we had the right picks of the underdog to win and the over….just in the wrong games!

At 2.65 odds though, Calgary still looked like a solid bet and they were unlucky not to take more against the Ducks. The Rangers defense came alive coupled with a very poor Washington offense as the Rangers shut out the Capitals.

Make the losses easier to handle with the deposit bonus available at Bovada for Americans and http://www.Bet365.com for everyone else. then you’re losing the sportsbooks money!

Tonight we’ve got 12 games on board. Despite that – we really don’t think there’s a lot of betting opportunities. We try and not recommend any bets where the odds are below 1.70 but almost every favourite is underneath 1.7 tonight. There’s a lot of interesting ones – based on the past few games, the Penguins should defeat the Flyers but when it’s the battle of Pennsylvania anything can happen, and this would be the perfect game to kick-start the Flyers season.

If you are looking for any tips for games in particular, please head on over to our facebook page and comment on this post. We get lots of requests via private message and e-mail for suggestions for games and while we don’t mind giving our opinion, it can get rather repetitive so we’d rather have it in public where people can browse and see with ease.

Okay so after a LOT of debate this morning, we’ve got these three tips for everyone:

Leafs vs Hurricanes: Goal Before 9:30

The odds for this one are just enough to bet at 1.7 odds at http://www.Bovada.lv for Americans and http://www.Bodog.eu for everyone else.. Leafs are killing it at the moment despite the depleted squad and are coming out every game fast and furious, looking for an early goal to get things going.

Carolina meanwhile will be hoping to carry the momentum from the Blackhawks game, where they forced Chicago to a shootout and offensively looked a lot better. With Cam Ward throwing in a solid performance for the ‘Canes, and Reimer putting out some nice performances the Over isn’t too appealing on this one. So we’re going to be backing the Goal Before 9:30 at http://www.Bovada.lv for Americans and http://www.Bodog.eu for everyone else..

Islanders vs Oilers: Over 6

The bookies have over 6 goals in this one at 1.95 odds but we’re still confident of getting the win, or a push. Islanders are hammering in the goals at the moment and are usually good for at least 2-3 a game – against the Oilers defense, most likely a lot more. Edmonton meanwhile can score – they put 2 in against Pittsburgh, 2 against the Capitals and 5 against the Leafs.

We like Over 6 in this one at http://www.5Dimes.eu for Americans(Need to register to see lines) and and http://www.Bet365.com for everyone else..

Lightning vs Wild: Lightning to Win

Playing at home, Tampa are a great price here at 1.76 odds.

The Lightning are on a nice run at the moment, and they match up well against the Wild. Minnesota did not have a good game against the Leafs and will be going into this one with their heads down. They’re going to have a real problem scoring against Ben Bishop who came up big against the Kings.

The Tampa Bay Lightning will continue their solid start to the season and get the win here. Bet Tampa to win at Bovada for Americans and http://www.Bet365.com for everyone else. where you get free cash when you deposit.

Hey – Graeme here. Decemberk2p are you new to sports betting? I get the feeling you might be. I’m writing an article right now for new sports betters that should help you out a bit and explain more about bankroll management. It’ll be up soon – give it a read and think about it for a week or two.

Thanks for your reply) Well, i cant say thay iam new, used to play like ~2 years ago, started with 50$, had some wins and then lost everything while going allin) So iv decided to read some articles about betting. After playing like for a month on small bets (2-5$), iv started to make 20$ bets, then 50$, then 100$, my max was 200$ on 2 nhl games with 3.5 odds. Had some bad days, but most of them was winning or moneyback. So when i had enaugh money to buy a bike, i did a withdraw and bought myself a suzuki =)) Most of the time i was looking on top8 best and top8 worst teams, if top team looses, i bet on their win next game, if worst team wins, i bet on their lost next time.
So i didnt gamble like for 1.5 or 2 years for now, started because want to buy newer bike next spring, and some extra cash would help me alot =)) And there is nothing to do after work when weather is terrible, so watching football and hockey is much more fun if u made a bet =))
Sorry for my english 😉
