We had only one tip last night and we won it.

We had Bruins – Caps game to go over 5 and this came through for us when the Caps won 5-3.  The Caps continue to have success against Boston as they have now won 8 straight against them.

The Flames upset the Wild 5-1.  The Wild are still in first place in both the Central and the West while the Flames have now moved into 8th place in the West.

The final game of the night was Avalanche vs the Kings and this ended how it should have when the Kings won 5-0.  The Kings scored 3 in the first period including the first goal being scored 47 seconds into the game.  This was the Avs 9th straight loss.

We have 8 games tonight.  And again I’m  pressed for time so will have to keep these short.

Blackhawks vs Coyotes Betting Tips:

The Hawks are on a 3 game losing skid and should look at this game as a turning point.

They have had success against the Coyotes going 8-1-1 over the last 10 games against Arizona.

The Coyotes find themselves ahead of only the Avalanche for last place in the West and the league.

Over the last 10 games between these teams there has been and average of 6.40 GPG so I like that to continue in this one.

Jets vs Stars Betting Tips:

These teams have both won their last 2 games.

The Stars are 6-4 over the last 10 games against the Jets.  The last time these teams played each other it was the Jets destroying the Stars 8-2 so Dallas will be looking for payback.

The Stars are at home where they have had a decent record so I’m going to go with them in this one

with the new coach, i like st louis win for a reaction at home

SanDiegoBruinsD

Maybe, but I’m not sure that works in this case. Hitchcock was universally well liked by his players and his firing has to hit them hard. How they respond is a big question. Allen is in goal and he’s been pretty bad. Their team defense has been bad as well. Those are not things a new coach can fix immediately. TML are coming off a rough loss. They didn’t show up in Dallas and will make up for it tonight. I don’t think the Blues have the kind of team that can keep up with a fast, motivated Leafs team who are on the bubble of a playoff spot. In any case, I like a lot of goals tonight.

Henry Del Valle Sr.

Mike Yeo is not a good coach as shown by his time in Minny, where he failed to get more out of that team. But you are correct in that maybe the Blues come out extra motivated. They know it’s on them. The target is on the players. Hitchcock was the fall guy. As SDB says, Allen has been pretty bad and the Blues defense has been optional. I cannot trust the Blues, but it doesn’t mean you shouldn’t back them. when I first looked at this game, I thought “tons of goals.” But then the more I looked at it, it could be a low-scoring game. When the Blues try to be physical (like against Pitt last week) they can win.

With your 1 win last night – the Washington game being over. Have you guys ever thought of 2 bets on same game as the over and the caps to win both looked good bets and betting twice on the same game sometimes helps when few games are being played

Steve Dimase

I did that caps PL & over

Steelad

I think it was a solid bet. I also did Kuznetsov to score and Oshie to score. Had some good wins on that game

Has anyone noticed terrifying statistic of Canadiens playing away against Flyers? It is all telling us “lets bet Flyers”… Any thoughts?

Henry Del Valle Sr.

LOL. Yes. I mean 12-1 L13 games at Philly for the Flyers. Yikes! Neuvirth in goal is what’s keeping from taking Flyers. Habs are pedestrian on the road. Habs are full strength now, I believe.

slyNHL

in general Flyers form is not safe for today, but this statistic tho… Same with Stars vs Washington

I don’t think Neuvy in net is the considering factor, both Mason and Neuvy are inconsistent goaltenders who can give you both good or bad games (obviously slight favorite towards Mason). What is the considering factor is the unbelievable inconsistent play from the Flyers. The only thing that would lean me towards the Flyers is Hack has to get this team ready to play after that god awful performance against Carolina, so one could argue this is a bounce back game. I still don’t trust putting money on Flyers games, you just don’t know what team will show up.

New York Rangers TT O2.5 (1.714)
The Rangers are scoring over 3 G/g the last two weeks and the Sabres have given up 3+ goals in 4 of their last 6 games. The Rangers offense can be explosive (4 goals in the 3rd against the Jackets the other day). Lehner has a career 3.73 GAA in 4 games against the Rangers and a 3.93 GAA in his last 4 games.

Henry Del Valle Sr.

Exactly my reasoning. Rangers are better on the road overall. I think they’ll win and get at least 3 goals.

Great night last night, fine sweep with 4-0 on the tips.

Looks great. I know history is on Philly’s side when it comes to playing at home vs Habs. If Mason were starting I think I would take the Flyers. Will be a tough, close game either way. Good luck and congrats on yesterday!

NHL Daily Tips

Yeah. I know Habs might be the favs in this match because of Neuvirth, and also a few other great losses in the Flyers team now. But I just got that feeling that the Flyers will fight to get this win at home in the end.??? The odds is too good also! Anyways, thanks and good luck tonight!

Mojo

Good picks aside from the Flyers

NHL Daily Tips

We’ll see 😉 good luck tonight.

I like the Habs tonight despite their shitty record in Philadelphia. They are however 6-2 SU vs Flyers for past 3 seasons. Habs are well rested, healthy and had a short flight. They are coming off a good win against Buffalo and get Galchenyuk and Petry back. Flyers are without Konecny and Gostsibehere who are healthy scratches and Neuvirth is in goal. Unless Habs take the night off they look like the better team.

I think TMLs bounce back from a terrible game against Stars tonight and roll over a demoralized Blues team who can’t seem to play their way out of a paper bag. Anderson is a better goalie than his performance in Dallas and will step up tonight. Leafs are on the bubble of the playoffs and are motivated to get two points. I think they win in regulation and definitely score more than 2.5 goals.

Not sure who will win in Dallas tonight but I like over 6. Between these two teams there have been a total of 61 goals in the last 5 games (10 total) and both goalies are leaky.

Lean towards Sens tonight. Condon is a better goalie than of late and will bounce back, while Vasilevskiy is a worse goalie than of late. 🙂 Sens are in the hunt for a playoff spot while Bolts are out of it, barring a miraculous come back.

Blackhawks and Sharks both face weak teams tonight. I like them both in regulation.

I think TML is going to bounce back from their 2 games losing streak, what are your thoughts?

Sharks ML over Canucks?? I don’t like to look into head to head too much but away team has won the last 13 games straight in this match-up?
