Hi guys,
It was a 1-0 win last night with the NHL Tips. Scott risked involving a game betting the Jets and after early scares, it paid off as the Leafs got the win in regulation.
Write-ups will be very short today as I am away this weekend. Scott will be handling tips for me tomorrow. I actually got the schedules mixed up and thought this was a shorter day with only a few games otherwise would have passed this over too.
Anyhoo let’s get on with them:
Lightning vs Blackhawks:
Tampa a bit too ify to bet at the moment. Blackhawks can randomly show up then not show up so you never know whether to trust them to contribute to the over, so no bet here.
Sabres vs Predators:
Don’t bet on games involving the Preds. I don’t actually hate a bet here on the Sabres. At about 2.70 odds does feel there is some value in that considering how well they are playing. Sabres also beat them last time they played in January.
Rangers vs Islanders:
No bet on this one. Rangers some tight ones lately and I don’t feel confident enough in Islanders away. These two did match up here recently with the Islanders getting the W. Islanders on a B2B though feels like Rangers return the favour.
Red Wings vs Senators:
Ooof – I would like to bet the over in this one as you just have to hope it is one of those games where both teams go nuts for fun.
Senators aren’t a team I feel confident abough about bringing the goals though. Although man it IS the Red Wings so you would have to hope they do so.
Yeah I think there is enough here to go with Over 6 incl OT/SO. Seeing it at about 1.85 and lowest I would go is 1.80.
Oilers vs Blues:
No bet here. Over seems like a decent play but 6.5 is a bit high for me.
And nothing on the Knights or Ducks games.
