Central Division Betting Odds
This may be the toughest Division to predict. The Blues were in last place in the league in January only to turn things around and win the first Stanley Cup in franchise history.
There is 7 teams in the Central Division. Chicago Blackhawks, Colorado Avalanche, Dallas Stars, Minnesota Wild, Nashville Predators, St. Louis Blues and the Winnipeg Jets.
All the teams in the Central Division are listed below and also listed are the odds for them to win the division. The odds will change but this is a list of what we find on average.

Central Division Winners Betting Tips
Nashville Predators
The Preds made some moves in the offseaon and it will take time to see if they were the right ones or not.
The have a great first line with Johansen, Forsberg and Arvidsson. The brought in Matt Duchene to be the number 2 center which pushed Turris down to the 3rd line. They expect some of their players to have bounce back years offensively.
On defense the traded P.K Subban but still have an amazing group of defensemen with the still underrated Josi, Ekholm ans Ellis. This has been the Preds strong point for years and will continue this season.
Despite being 36, Rinne is still a top goalie. They have Saros to take on some of the workload and its worked great for them.
Just a deep team and in a tough to predict division I feel they have the best chance at winning the Central.

Central Division Betting Analysis
Colorado Avalanche
The first line is great. MacKinnon, Landeskog and Rantanen may be the best in the league behind only the Bruins top line. The acquired Kadri, Burakovsky and Donskoi to provided some much needed depth for a team that relied far to much on the top MGM line.
Even without Barrie who was traded they still have a good defense group. Rookie Cale Makar had an amzing audition in the playoffs and earned himself a spot in the top 4. Johnson, Zadorov and Graves are crucial stay at home defensemen.
Grubauer is the starter and had a great run late last season. Francouz is a good backup.
With the depth they added this team could make a push to the top of the divison standings

St. Louis Blues
As mentioned above, this team went from worst to first last year.
On offense they are led by O’Reilly. But their top 6 is set with Tarasenko, Schwartz, Schenn and Perron up there. Fabbri has been dealt a shit had so far in his career but a healthy year from him could go a long way.
Pietrangelo is the guy on D. They also have Parayko, Dunn, Edmundson and Bouwmeester with Bortuzzo, Gunnarsson and Pouliot as the 6th man. A deep group of defensemen.
Binnington had 5 shutouts in his first 18 games and was a crucial part of the Cup. In his second year it will be interesting to see how he and the league respond. Allen will be the backup.

Dallas Stars
After having the teams CEO rip them apart to the media, the Stars managed to grab a wild card spot and take the eventual Cup winners to double OT of game 7 in the 2nd round.
They have an awesome top line with Seguin, Benn and Radulov. The brought in two veterans to take some of the pressure off of them. Former Sharks captain Joe Pavelski is a fantastic leader who can still put up points and Corey Perry is looking to show the league that he can still be a beast.
A young strong defense here with Klingberg and Heiskanen leading the way. If they can stay healthy than this may end up being one of the best in the league.
Bishop was one of the best goalies last year and should see similar results with a better team in front of him. If Pavelski and Perry can contribute then this team could contend for top spot.

Winnipeg Jets
Another team who could win the Central Division.
Scheifele, Conner and Wheeler are a strong top line. A 2nd line of Little, Laine and Ehlers is amazing. They did lose some depth though with Hayes, Hendricks and Tanev all moving on.
On defense they are led by Byfuglien but lost Myers, Trouba and Chiarot with only Pionk coming in. Those losses are going to hurt this team.
Hellebuyck had a rough year and will be looking to bounce back after being the runner up for the Vezina the year before.

Chicago Blackhawks
Toews and Kane are coming off of their best seasons for points. Strome and DeBrincat have amazing chemistry. The brought back Andrew Shaw and also acquired Zack Smith so they look strong down the middle.
The Hawks made the most moves and improvements on defense. They still have Keith and Seabrook, Gustafsson had a breakout year and brought in 2 strong defensive defensemen in Maatta and de Haan.
If healthy Crawford is amazing but health has plauged him his whole career so the brought in Lehner who was awesome last season. Could be one of the best set of goalies in the league if healthy.

Minnesota Wild
This team needs to get younger. Staal, Parise and Koivu are all veterans who’s best days are behind them. Zuccarello and Hartman were brought in to show that this team isn’t yet ready for a rebuld.
Suter is great and Dumba can be. Spurgeon and Brodin are the others in the top 4 which make for a great group. But they need their offense to take care of things in their end.
Dubynk and Stalock will be their goalies this year.
