4 games yesterday.
The Sabres beat the Coyotes 5-2. Matthews opened the scoring but the Isles answered with 3 of their own. Tavares scored after the Isles got their 3 and with the goalie puĺled Reilly scored with 7 second left to tie it and force overtime. Horvat scored in the extra frame for the 4-3 Isles win.
The Stars beat the Wings 6-3 and Heiskanen scored twice in the win and Avalanche were down 5-3 after the 2nd but scored 3 in the 3rd to complete the comeback 6-5 vs the Flames.
10 for us tonight.
Coyotes vs Penguins Betting Tips:
The Coyotes played yesterday and lost 5-2 to the Sabres.
The Penguins haven’t played since Friday so they should be rested. They have lost their last 4 games so for their sake let’s see if having the weekend off will get them back on track.
With them having a tough time of late its hard to back the Pens here and with the Coyotes playing yesterday I am passing on this one.
Hurricanes vs Senators Betting Tips:
The Canes are on a 4 game losing skid. They are 14-12-1 and in 6th in the Metro.
The Sens are 6-4 over last 10 and in 8th in the Atlantic. They have played .500 hockey this season going 11-11, 8-8 at home and 3-3 on the road.
I can’t back the Canes right now with them on this skid and the Sens are a .500 team so not much confidence in them so I have to pass.
Leafs vs Rangers Betting Tips:
The Leafs played yesterday against the Islanders and lost 4-3 in overtime.
The Rangers are 7-3 over last 10. On the road they are 6-2-3. They are 13th in GPG and 8th in GAPG.
With the way the Rangers have played this season its hard to bet against them. The Leafs are a tough team to try and predict. They will have a great game but can just as easily have a stinker. So I’m skipping.
Flyers vs Predators Betting Tips:
With the Predators playing in this game, it’s an easy pass.
Red Wings vs Blues Betting Tips:
Wings played yesterday and lost to the Stars.
The Blues are on a 3 game losing skid. They are 13-13-1 this season which has them in 6th in the Central. They are 1-4 in December with the win coming in overtime against the Knights but the losses were against weaker teams the Coyotes, Jackets and Blackhawks.
With Larkin out for about a week it’s going to be tricky to bet on them as he is their best player. The Blues suck at the moment and the Wings played yesterday so it’s a pass.
Flames vs Knights Betting Tips:
The Flames played against the Avalanche yesterday and blew a 2 goal lead in the 3rd and lost 6-5.
The Knights are on a 3 game win streak and are in 1st place in the Pacific and the league. At home they have gone 10-2-2 and rank 10th in GPG and 2nd in GAPG.
These teams played each other on November 27th and the Flames won that one 2-1 in overtime.
I think the Knights win this game but we would have to take them in regulation but 2 of their last 4 games needed extra time so I’m staying away.
Lightning vs Canucks Betting Tips:
The Lightning have gone 4-5-1 over last 10 and any success they have had this season is all thanks to Kucherov who is having an amazing season so far.
The Canucks have won their last 2 games and are in 2nd in the Pacific. They rank 1st in goals and 5th in goals allowed.
The played once and the Lightning won 4-3 back on October 19th. Things have changed since that game and the Canucks are a different team and with their home record of 10-3-1 I’m fine taking them.

Panthers vs Kraken Betting Tips:
Panthers have won their last 3 games and are in 2nd in the Atlantic. They are 17th in GPG, 2nd in shots, 4th in GAPG and 3rd in SOGA. On the road they have gone 8-4-2.
The Kraken are playing terribly at the moment. They have lost 8 in a row including 5 this month where they have only scored 6 times across those games. They are 29th in GPG and 25th in GAPG and 4-8-2 in Seattle.
The Kraken have had 10 games go to extra time already this season which has me off of taking the Panthers here because we would have to take them in regulation. They have played once already this season and it was a 3-2 Panthers win which is too close for comfort.
Blackhawks vs Oilers Betting Tips:
The Hawks are 4-5-1 last 10 and are tied for last place in the league with the Sharks. They are in 31st in GPG, 30th in shots and 28th in both GAPG and SOGA.
The Oilers are rolling right now. They are on a 7 game win streak and are at home where they have gone 8-4-1. They have beat some strong teams on this streak beating the Knights, Devils and Jets.
There is no way I’m taking the Hawks here especially with their road play going 4-10-0. But to get any value on the Oilers we would have to take them -2.5 so it’s a pass for me.
Jets vs Sharks Betting Tips:
The Jets are on a 4 game win streak and are in in the Central. They are 13th in goals, 7th in goals allowed and 6th in SOG allowed.
The Sharks are tied for last place in the league with the Hawks. They are ranked last in goals, shots, goals allowed and shots allowed.
The Jets have been decent on the road 8-3-1. I like their chances here and it would have to be in regulation but with the Sharks play of late I’ll take it. I will mention that Connor is day to day so if he doesn’t play it might hurt the Jets but it’s the Sharks so I’ll go with them.

Feels like a trap. Feels like Vancouver should be a slightly bigger favorite. Demko has strung together a couple tough starts as well. The problem with some of Tampa’s poor stats to make my case on Vancouver, is that most of their stats were without Vasilevskiy. Vasilevskiy hasn’t just immediately jumped back in and been lights out every game though, and it’s unknown if he can fix and cover up all of Tampas current issues. His early December numbers are better than his late November ones though. And this doesn’t take away from some of the positive stats from Vancouver. I’m Taking Vancouver but not feeling great about it.
