Kucherov won the race to 100 points scoring a goal and adding 3 helpers when the Lightning beat the Devils 4-1. Pens – Flyers game was another good one between longtime rivals it was 7-6 Pens and Crosby with 4 points.
Kane returned to Chicago for the first time since being traded and he scored the overtime winner for the Wings in a nice return that had a lengthy standing ovation. The Jackets beat the Rangers 4-2 ending the Rangers win streak at 10 games.

Senators vs Capitals Betting Tips:
They have played once this season back in October and the Sens won that one with ease 6-1.
The Sens continue to play well. Since that comeback win against the Preds they have been a different team. They had a couple of losses in a row against some weak teams, the Ducks and Blackhawks, but are still playing well going 7-2-1 in last 10.
The Caps lost their last game 3-2 in overtime against the Panthers and that loss snapped their win streak at 3 games. They’re 4-3-3 in last 10. There is still plenty of time left but they are on the outside of the playoff picture.

Islanders vs Stars Betting Tips:
They played in January and the Isles won 3-2 in overtime.
The Isles are a proud team but at some point in the near future they will have to decide, and or realize that this just isn’t their year. They have lost their last 2 games and are 3-4-3 in last 10. In seasons past they gave gotten by thanks to their strong defensive play but this season they are ranked 24th in GAPG and 31st in shots.
The Stars are leading the Central but they don’t have a very big lead and will need to start playing more consistently or risk dropping down with the Jets and Avalanche right behind them.
I would lean towards the Stars to win but it would have to be in regulation so I’m fine passing on this.
Kings vs Oilers Betting Tips:
Big game in the Pacific Division between the 4th place Kings and 3rd place Oilers.
Kings have been playing well going 7-2-1 in last 10 and have a great road record of 18-7-4.
The Oilers have lost their last 3 games and all 3 were at home. On the season they have gone 17-8-2 in Edmonton.
I want to take the Kings here with the Oilers recent home struggles but it’s tough to do. The Kings were struggling not that long ago and the Oilers are a team that can turn things around and get back on track as the start of the season will show us.
Bruins vs Kraken Betting Tips:
What’s going on with the Bruins? They are 3-3-4 in last 10 and have lost their last 2 games.
The Kraken aren’t much better going 4-4-2 in last 10.
I find it hard to try and predict this game when the Bruins have had 6 of their last 7 go to extra time.
With the way both are playing it’s really tough to find a team worth backing so I’m skipping.

Okay, let’s take a look at Edmonton vs. LA.
Edmonton has won 8 straight home games and then lost 3 in a row, that stinks.
LA has won their last 3 away games and are visiting Edmonton today.
LA won 2 of their last 8 away games before that.
It’s completely out of range that Edmonton loses 3 in a row and LA wins 3 in a row. You could say I’m following the trend and bet on LA, yes you can do that, but I won’t.
Here, for me the question is what could have more probability? LA winning 4 straight away games? Or Edmonton winning the first home game after losing 3 straight?
Looking in the past gives me more probability on Edmonton.
