It was a 1-2 night for us in quite the crazy night of hockey. I don’t think the e-mail went out yesterday – my apologies for that. Hopefully the e-mail server isn’t having issues again. Like I always say be sure to check the website if you don’t get the e-mail.

Our win was a tough battle. We had the Islanders to defeat the Kings and they went 2-0 down. They kept fighting though and fully deserved and earned the win. Always nice to see a team fight like that.

We lost with the Avs vs Sens over. Sens couldn’t bring the heat there. We also had the Canucks to beat the Wild but Minnesota came out hard with a 3-0 lead that Vancouver couldn’t combat.

How about that Devils vs Flyers game? Holy moley. It’s one thing for underdogs to win but in such a fashion? Panthers got destroyed. Buffalos woes continues. And the Oilers fought hard but lost 6-3 to the Sharks.

Heck of a night of hockey.

4 games on the board tonight. A night with 4 heavy home favourites. Let’s get the poll going for that one.

[poll id=”102″]

I don’t think I can touch that Leafs game tonight. I’m seeing mixed reports on who will be in net for the Leafs. Ducks are a bit better offensively than their stats show but it seems like the type of game the Leafs might run out 4-2 winners. I’m also getting the same feeling I had for the Leafs

Jackets should win but would have to take Jackets -1.5 or do a double. Too many close games for the Jackets going into this one. Wings have a decent little trend of this season of winning 2 in a row or at least running that 2nd game close.

Stars are a bit sketchy right now. I’ll all for a “revenge” game but Minnesota are a bit of a tricky team at the moment. I do think if Stars play their game they’ll get the win and convincingly though.

Just the one tip tonight:

Rangers vs Sabres Betting Tips:

Buffalo have practically zero chance of making the playoffs at this point. I mean mathematically they’re not dead but the way that team is playing – yeah they’re dead.

The New York Rangers have a long way to go to get there but they’re still out there fighting. I don’t think they’ll make it simply because they can’t beat the better teams consistently.

However they’re coming off a win over the Leafs, and you’ve got to think they can keep it going here.

Rangers have won 7 of the last 8 clashes between these teams with quite a few 2+ goal wins in there.

It’s just one of those games where I really can’t see any reason for the Rangers to lose this one, other than “welp that’s hockey”.
