Good night of hockey last night and with 10 games being played how could it not be. The Toronto Maple Leafs ended their skid as they beat the Buffalo Sabres with 2 seconds left in OT. The struggling Flyers continue to struggle as they lost to the Rangers, both teams really need to pick it up or they will be on the outside looking in soon. The Lightning beat the Panthers and out of nowhere the Islanders dummied the Penguins. The Canadiens pulled through over the Jets for my Tip of the night but it was a close one.

Only 4 games on the schedule for tonight: A matchup between two teams who are neighbors when the Montreal Canadiens make the Long journey across the bridge to face the Ottawa Senators. The undefeated Chicago Blackhawks play the Minnesota Wild. The Edmonton Oilers play the Phoenix Coyotes. And last but not least the Colorado Avalanche are in Vancouver to play the Canucks. So while not a lot of games being played tonight, there is still plenty to bet on.

Speaking of which let’s get to some tips:

Blackhawks vs Wild: Blackhawks to score first

This should be an entertaining game and maybe a little personal for the Hawks. In the offseason they tried to sign both Parise and Suter who turned down their offer and joined the Wild. Minnesota played last night and the high scoring Hawks have had 2 full days off. Look for the well rested and still undefeated Chicago Blackhawks to score first on a tired Minnesota Wild team.

My Tip Of The Night for a slow night of hockey is that the Chicago Blackhawks will score first. Go and bet this Unique Prop at Titan Bet who consistently have strong betting odds

Oilers vs Coyotes: Oilers To Win

The Phoenix Coyotes are struggling and when your starting goalie goes down to injury that only makes things worse. I think the Edmonton Oilers will take advantage of this and come at the Coyotes hard and often. It’s about time for the Oilers to really start proving that they are a contending team, and tonight might be the start of it.

Pinnacle Sports currently have the best odds for the Oilers to win at +111. But as the Odds are always changing, be sure to check out our NHL Live Betting Odds for the most up to date set of Odds to get the best value available

Canadiens vs Senators: Canadiens To Win

So tonight is the night that we get to see the return of PK Subban. I expect him to be amped up for this game and his enthusiasm should rub off on his teammates. Both teams played last night at home and both teams won their game. Being so close to each other neither team has an advantage in the fatigue department as Montreal didn’t need to leave for this game until this morning This will be a great game and welcome back PK.

Head to Bodog and bet the Canadiens to win at +104 in what promises to be a great game between two surprisingly successful teams in this young 2013 season.
