We had two tips yesterday and we went a great 2-0
First we had the Leafs to win in regulation against the Canucks and the Leafs took care of business in this one winning 5-0. Hutchinson picked up his first shutout for the Leafs. Matthews and Tavares both scored and Matthew’s also had a couple assists.
Next we had the Lightning vs Sharks game to go over 6.5. This got off to a good start with 3 goals in the first and it went over when the Sharks won 5-2. This was the Lightnings first loss in regulation in over a month
Finland beat the U.S 3-2 and won the Gold medal in the World Juniors. This was a great game that was tied late. With just over a minute left Finland scored and held on for the win.
There is 7 games today with some nice starts times staggered throughout the day. The odds make this day tough for tips. I have only one for todays action. My wife and I have plans today so I have to keep these short. I’m sorry for this.
Stars vs Jets Betting Tips:
The Stars have won 2 in a row. They now head out on the road after playing the last 4 at home. I’m sure those two wins have helped ease the CEO and his “concerns” but they still have lots left to do.
The Jets are now dealing with another injury to a key player as Nikolaj Ehlers is out joining Byfuglien on the injured reserve.
But the Jets are a deep team where the Stars are a top line team. On the road the Stars have gone 8-11-2 this season, the Jets have gone 13-6-2 at home. Over the last 10 meetings of these teams the Jets are 8-2.
