7 games yesterday.

The Rangers beat the Isles 5-2 which hurt the Isles chances even more.  The Knights beat the Devils 3-1 which was huge as the 9th place Blues also won against the Ducks 4-2.

The Pens beat the Wings 6-3 to move the Pens within 5 points of the wild card.  New pickups Kuznetsov and Guentzel both scored when the Canes beat the Sens 7-2.  The Jets won 6-1 to move into a tie with the Stars for 1st place in the Central.

2 games today.  All 4 teams playing today are out of the playoffs but still have a chance.  With all teams fighting to get in it should make for some great hockey but also it makes it tough to try and predict.

Capitals vs Flames Betting Tips:

The Caps have played the last 4 games on the road and after today’s game they go back home for the next 4.  The 4 games they have coming up are going to be tough with the Leafs, Canes, Jets and Wings.

The Flames have won 2 in a row but are still out of the playoff picture.   They beat the Knights who are struggling and the Habs who have done so all season.  But that’s what they will have to do if they are to make it in, win against struggling teams to gain the “easy” points.  After today’s game they are off until Saturday.

The Flames are scoring more ranking 16th in GPG, the Caps 29th.   But the Caps are allowing slightly less ranking 18th in GAPG and the Flames 20th.

On the road the Caps have gone 15-15-4 and at home the Flames are 18-15-1.  So as we can see either team has had much success for where they are playing.

The Flames have better CF numbers the Caps better CA.  Flames better shots for and goals for but the Caps better shots against and goals against.

This could go either way especially with both teams fighting for points.

Sabres vs Kraken Betting Tips:

Sabres lost to the Wings 4-1.  They still have a chance at getting in but they need to play almost perfect and looking at their schedule it’s going to be hard for them to do.  They play the Canucks, Oilers, Flames, Sens, Devils and Leafs to finish off the month.

The Kraken have lots of ground to make up and they are running out of time.  They have lost 4 in a row but their schedule is in their favor.  They play the Knights next, the team they are chasing, then it’s the Coyotes, Habs,  2 against the Ducks and the Stars to end the month.
For GPG the Sabres are 21st, the Kraken 28th.  For GAPG the Sabres are 11th and the Kraken are 8th.

On the road the Sabres have gone 15-14-4 and at home the Kraken are 14-14-6.  So as you can see they have similar records based on where they are playing.

Corsi for numbers are almost the same but Corsi against go the Krakens way.  This is another game that could go either way and I’m happy skipping.

I’m a stupid better, who wastes tons of units to gain minimal profits.

Units now: +18.62 🥳

I’m so bored, I need to use some more units.

I thought about writing something for my tipps. But now that I’m here writing, I have no motivation. In the end nobody cares about my opinion. And I don’t need the feedback. I’m already good enough for my standards. 😎
Enough about me.

I take Calgary ML* @ 1.71 with 4 units

LEAN: full game UNDER 7.0: Caps/Flames

Both the Caps and Flames are in the chase of Wild Card playoff spots. Looking at their seasons so far, roster changes and remaining games, I have to think the Flames are the favorite here, in talent, confidence and evident ambitions. Calgary is reasonably well rested and will go into 4 days off before continuing a favorable schedule. The Caps are finishing off the famous Northwest road trip that can sink so many teams. The Caps have difficulty scoring, and are reliant on Lindgren to stop pucks in order to stay in games. That won’t get them into the playoffs! They face Dustin Wolf, the Flames obvious future #1, who is smart, agile and fast, with a stellar recent GAA hovering around .950+. Washington isn’t a squad expected to lower that. I can see this game being at 6 goals or less, due to the goalies and recent results, and the Flames to win. The Flames have every reason to throw everything they have at the Caps tonight, they should go ape-%&*# for the full 60 minutes.

I can’t figure out the Sabres or Seattle this year, their scoring rollercoasters, but not on my dime.
