Danault scored a hat trick and Fiala had a goal and two assists when the Kings beat the Devils 5-1. The Coyotes beat the Caps 5-2 in a tough loss to their postseason chances.
The Sharks were up 3-2 in the 3rd until Kaprizov scored twice completing the hat trick and the Wild won 4-3. The Oilers beat the Penguins with ease 6-1 dealing a tough blow to the Pens playoff hopes.

Knights vs Jackets Betting Tips:
The Knights really aren’t backable right now. They’re 3-6-1 in last 10 and in 3rd in the Pacific.
The Jackets are a team that I have zero confidence in.
The Knights should win this game and use it as a way to turn things around. But their road record isn’t that good going 14-12-5 and would need to be in regulation so I’m passing.
Bruins vs Leafs Betting Tips:
The Bruins are struggling going 3-2-5 in last 10. If not for the point gained in those 5 overtime losses they would be in worse shape.
The Leafs are playing great going 9-1-0 last 10. But when playing teams from the Atlantic Divison they have been bad going 6-7-2 this season.
The Bruins have had so many overtime games it makes it tough to bet them. This is the third meeting of these teams and the Bruins won both, a 3-2 shootout win and a 4-3 overtime win.
Over the last 10 games the Leafs games have averaged 7.4 total goals and the Bruins 6.5.

Panthers vs Rangers Betting Tips:
Big game here. They played once this season and the Panthers won that one 4-3.
The Panthers are in 1st in the Atlantic and the league. The Rangers are in 1st in the Metro and 2nd in the league.
Last 10 the Panthers are 9-1-0 and on a 4 game win streak. The Rangers are 8-1-1. For GPG the Panthers are 11th and the Rangers 9th, for GAPG the Panthers are 1st and the Rangers 4th.
Even their records for where the are playing, home or road, are similar with the Panthers 21-8-2 on the road and the Rangers 21-7-0 in New York.
I could make a case for each team here. And with that being said I feel safer just avoiding.
Blues vs Flyers Betting Tips:
The Blues are out of the playoffs at the moment. They can still make it in but will have to play more consistent to gain ground.
The Flyers are 5-4-1 over last 10 and are in 3rd in the Metro. They have a 5 point lead over the Islanders who are currently in 9th.
They played once this season and the Flyers won that one in St. Louis.
If I had to pick a winner it would be the Flyers but they are 2-3 in last 5 so not a team I feel like tipping today.
Blackhawks vs Avalanche Betting Tips:
Hawks on yet another losing skid, this time 6 games.
The Avalanche are also struggling going about .500 in last 10, 5-4-1. If taking the Avalanche you would have to go with -2.5.
Easy pass for me.
Kraken vs Flames Betting Tips:
Only 2 points seperates these teams in the standings.
The Flames are on a 5 game win streak and are making a push. They beat some solid teams during this streak with wins against the Bruins and the Oilers in there.
These teams have played each other 3 times this season with the Flames winning the first 2.
The Kraken haven’t been great on the road going 12-12-6 this season.
With the Flames playing as well as they are I think it’s ok to take them here.

If the line is 6, and the score is 4-2 then it’s a push and you get your money back from the bet. Which is why sportsbooks will do half lines like 6.5. So that there has to be a winner and loser from the bet.
So if it is 6.5 and the final score is 4-2 then total is 6, under 6.5 is the winning bet. If it’s 4-3, then total is 7 so over 6.5 is the winning bet
The Panthers vs Rangers game is an odd one to me. With Florida -132 and Rangers +110. They’re essentially saying Florida is 9 percent better. So the line value makes me wanna take the home dog Rangers. But the fact that it’s priced like this makes me feel like I’m missing something. And that makes me wanna take the Panthers. Guess I’ll look ahead to tomorrow.
