We had another great winning night last night, going 2-1. The odds on both our wins were great too, with the Senators/Leafs Over 5 pick being 2.05 odds, and the Calgary Flames victory being a nice 2.15. There wasn’t much hockey last night, but what there was ended up being a great night for us financially.

There were only 4 games last night, but we’ve got a whopping 11 games tonight and a lot of interesting ones. The Leafs head to Boston to take on the Bruins riding on a high after their “Battle of Ontario” win. We’ve got the battle of New York with the Rangers taking on the surging Islanders. And quite a lot of other nice games today.

Before we get to the tips tonight…I’m sure you’ve heard this song a lot in the past few hours, but let’s listen to it one more time to remember a legend:

Let’s get to tonights NHL tips:

Canadiens vs Hurricanes Betting Tips: Habs To Win

It wasn’t a good outing for the Habs against the Islanders – nor against the Penguins – but the Hurricanes are a team that the Montreal Canadiens match up well with. The Habs are also a solid powerplay team, while the Hurricanes seem to really struggle on the penalty kill.

The Habs road record is 6-2-2 and they’ve always been solid on the road. The Hurricanes are no pushover obviously, and are on quite the nice little run at the moment too – but I feel over the course of the season the Habs have just played slightly better. With those two recent losses, that will spur the Canadiens on even more. Price is also looking for a big game, and I’m expecting a shutout for him.
