As I write this it’s 1-0 Panthers and oh man – I feel so bad for Carolina if they cannot get a W. They gotta break this hoodoo.
Alright let’s get on with Oilers vs Stars Game 3 as they change venues

Scott: What a different team the Oilers were in game 2. Skinner looked good making 25 saves for the shutout.
Nurse hit Hintz with a hard two handed slash across the skates. Hintz needed to helped to the locker room wothout putting any weight on his leg. Nurse only received a 2 minute minor for his actions. Not sure how long Hintz will be out but it’s a massive loss if he misses time.
After each loss the Stars have taken in these playoffs they followed it up with 2 wins but the Oilers have been amazing at home so I’m not picking a winner.
Granlund had 4 shots in game 1 and 3 in game 2 for the Stars. With Hintz sure to miss time they need help from wherever they can get it.

Graeme: Oilers have the momentum, which has been a big factor for them in the playoffs so far – especially that Kings series. Skinner coming off that shutout and there is that confidence – plus the offense. I feel good in Oilers in Regulation
Im not even sure how confident I feel about anyone beating Florida. They are playing perfect hockey… arguably very dirty at times 😬
They have a great goalie in Bob… the Oilers looks amazing, and if its a rematch… well …. 🤞🏻.
Over5.5 and Kotchetkov under 23.5 saves came in nice on lastnights game. I feel real bad for Canes as well, Brind’amour would have to change their whole style of play to adapt which they have relied in all year AND it ain’t happening
Im gonna with something I have seen for several years. Although I has not been to the same extent as previous years, Stars are like day and night when talking about home vs road record. Nothing seems different going into the playoffs this season. Of 6 Road matches they have lost 4/6 with MORE than one goal. And lost 4/5 last road games.
Oilers showed resiliance from game 1 and switched on as a team which they need to have a chance (which I also praised them for in an ealier round). They Will grab the edge of this Series infront of they home fans!
