Great night last night as Graeme killed it going 3-0.
First we had the Devils in regulation and it was a back and forth game but the Devils held on to win 5-4. Next we had the Bruins to win and this was a tight one which needed OT and 7 rounds of a shootout until the Bruins scored to win 4-3. And last we had over 5.5 in the Flyers – Leafs game and the Leafs gained a much needed win in OT 4-3.
The Blues continued their hot play and Miller hasn’t lost since coming aboard winning 2-1 over the Avalanche. Capitals beat the Coyotes 3-2 and now are only 1 point behind 8th in the East and for the Blue Jackets who won, 1-0 over the Preds, they are tied for 8th in the East. That’s the best part of hockey this time of year as teams will do lots of shuffling in the standings try desperately to make it to the playoffs.
Only 5 games today a 3 look like mismatches; Bruins vs Panthers, Hawks vs Sabres and Kings vs Oilers. But anything can happen so these games aren’t set in stone just yet.

Blackhawks vs Sabres: Blackhawks in Regulation
The obvious bet to make here is the Blackhawks -6 but the Sabres have nothing to lose and would love nothing more than to knock off the powerhouse Blackhawks.
The safest bet is Hawks in regulation. The Blackhawks are a much better team and should come out on top in this game, but the spread bet makes me nervous. The Sabres lost their last game to Luongo and the Panthers but beat the strong Lightning the night before.

Red Wings vs Rangers: Rangers to score First
I always love a battle of original 6 teams. And both are fighting for their playoff spots.
I would like to bet the the Rangers will win, but you can never count out the Red Wings especially when they are fighting for the playoffs.
But I like the Rangers to open the scoring at home so let’s bet that.

26.5 means that all of the 5 games needs to hit 5 goals and 1 needs to hit 7 and we win.
Lots of high scoring teams playing today so this should be a great bet to make. Only the Bruins vs the Panthers and the red hot Luongo makes me nervous but with the other games taking place this should be a breeze.
