Action, goals and fights last night had none. Filip Forsberg scored with 1:05 remaining in overtime to lift the Nashville Predators to a 1-0 win over the Edmonton Oilers. It was the Preds third straight win and put them in first place in the Central Division. You have to think that the Capitals are kicking themselves for trading Forsberg away for Martin Erat a couple of years ago as he is now turning into a star in the league.

From one game last night to 11 tonight this is a great way to start the weekend. It’s going to be a day full of hockey with games starting at 1:00 pm, 4:00, 5:00, 7:00, 8:00 and 8:30. If you don’t have to leave your house today you’re in for great day of couch sitting and I’m jealous.

Here are the NHL tips for Friday, November 28th.

Blackhawks vs Ducks Betting Tips

Two of the best in the west. This is going to be a great game and could be a preview of the Western Conference Finals. This is the 2nd of 3 meetings between these two with the Ducks winning the first game 1-0.

The Blackhawks have been strong over their last ten games going 7-3 and their power play has finally started to click having scored a power play goal in 6 straight games.

The Ducks, despite having a rough 10 game stretch by their standards at 4-1-5, are on a 3 game win streak.

But with both teams being so strong they will tighten up for this game. They realize that this could be a potential west final.

Hurricanes vs Penguins Betting Tips

First game of four this season and the first of back to back games.

The Canes are on a 3 game losing skid while the Pens are on a 2 game winning streak.

Crosby picked up his 800th point of his career while Pens Goalie Fleury just passed 300 wins of his career.

Going to be a tough task for the Canes here and I don’t see it ending well for them

Penguins -1.5 for 2.15 odds at Sports Interaction (Exclusive: $20 Free Bet for Canadians) or for Americans try out Bovada and everyone else Bet365.com.

Oilers vs Blues Betting Tips

The Blues are without Brian Elliott so they have reached out to legend Marty Brodeur to tryout for them.

The Oilers played last night so they’re going to be tired.

Not much else to say about this game but I like it to go over
