9 games yesterday and we had 2 tips and went 0-2.

I had the Pens to continue their 5 game win streak against the Devils who had lost 3 straight.  Well the Devils won without Hughes and it was thanks to a team effort with 5 different goal scorers.  Also had the Blues to beat the Sharks but of course the Sharks won 5-1 for only their 3rd win of the season.

The Knights beat the Habs 6-5 in what turned out to be a good close game.  The Coyotes beat the Jackets 3-2 pushing the Jackets losing skid to 7 games.  The Flames beat the Canucks 5-2 and the Lightning beat the Hawks 4-2.

Only 3 games tonight.

Maple Leafs vs Red Wings Betting Tips:

Another game being played in Sweden.

The Wings played in Sweden yesterday and lost 5-4 in overtime against the Sens.

I am just not a fan of tipping games that are played in Europe.  Sure the ice is bigger which gives the players more room but I still don’t care for these games.  They remind me of the outdoor games, the concept is cool but it’s not the same hockey that we are used to watching.

If anything I would tip the over with the extra space.

Sabres vs Jets Betting Tips:

The Sabres have lost 2 in a row and are now 7-8-1 on the season.  They are 23rd in GPG, 16th in GAPG and 3-3-1 on the road this season.

The Jets won their last game and are 6-2-2 over the last 10 games.  They are 4th in GPG and 18th in GAPG.  At home they have gone 4-3-1.

The Sabres are dealing with injuries to Thompson, Greenway, Comrie, Jokiharju and others.  The Jets also have some injuries with Vilardi and Kupari hurt.

I would lean towards the Jets winning with them at home.  But it’s their home record they has me put off of them and tipping this game.

Panthers vs Ducks Betting Tips:

The Panthers played yesterday and lost 2-1 to the Kings and are 7-2-1 over last 10.  As a road them this season they have gone 4-4-1.

The Ducks lost their last game but are 7-3 over last 10.  They will be looking to get back on track after getting pounded by the Avalanche 8-2 in the last game.  At home they have gone 4-4.

This is the Panthers first back to back of the season so I have no idea how they will be with no rest.

Just to let everyone know: the rink size is NHL standard when they play in Sweden from North America. Only difference is the glass around the rink is lower and the benches are a bit longer
