2 games yesterday and we didn’t have any tips. After seeing the results it’s probably for the best.
The Lightning played the Sens and the Sens won 5-2. Tkachuk scored twice for the 2nd day in a row.
The Hurricanes were in Anaheim to face the Ducks and the Ducks won their home opener 6-3. Vatrano scored a hat trick for the Ducks.
5 games scheduled for us tonight with all starting at 7:00pm ET. These are going to be short today. Sorry about that.
Hawks vs Leafs Betting Tips:
The game hadn’t even started yet, but my phone has by going off constantly with friends that are Leaf fans talking so much shit to me for the last few days and I love it!
The Leafs are playing well and Matthews has 6 goals through the first 2 games which is insane when the Hawks have 9 goals in 3 games as a team.
In Toronto and with the way they are playing the Leafs should win this game. But the question is by how many? They did need a shootout to decide game 1 against the Habs who are similar in skill.
The Leafs are heavily favored and we would need to take them -1.5 for odds around 1.71. So not worth it.
Wings vs Jackets Betting Tips:
Both teams are coming into this game off of wins.
The Wings beat the Lightning 6-4 and the Jackets beat the Rangers 5-3.
The Jackets won at home and are still in Columbus. But the Wings have scored 9 goals in their two games played. Plus they have played better teams, the Devils and the Lightning, than the Jackets have, the Flyers and Rangers.
I’m really not sure who wins here. I would lean towards the Wings but the Jackets are at home where they just won.
Coyotes vs Rangers Betting Tips:
The Coyotes won their first game when they upset the Devils 4-3 in a shootout. The Rangers beat the Sabres in game 1 but followed that with a loss to the Jackets.
The Coyotes play their next two games on the road before their home opener on October 21st. On paper I would say this should be a game the Rangers win and its their home opener.

Flames vs Capitals Betting Tips:
The Flames are 1-1 after beating the Jets and then losing to the Penguins. The Caps have played only 1 game and lost to the Penguins 4-0.
I would expect a better effort from the Caps here as they didn’t look good in game 1 having only 19 shots. But Huberdeau scored in their last game and he, and the Flames, want nothing more than for him to have a bounce back year which will be needed if they are to have any success. I need to see the Caps play some more games and see how their offense performs before I tip a game with them involved.
Panthers vs Devils Betting Tips:
Yeah the Panthers are off to bad start. They are 0-2 and have been outscored 8-4 over those games.
The Devils are 1-0-1 after losing their last game in a shootout to the Coyotes. That’s a game they should have won so with this being their last home game before heading out on the road for the next two they want to get back into the win column.
So far I’ve had a tough time trying to figure out the Panthers, they look nothing like the team from last year’s playoffs. At this point in the season I feel better just avoiding their games for a little bit.

Good evening from Germany, two bets this weekend, two losses. First came with betting on Oilers at home vs the Canucks. Second with the Avs in regulation at San Jose. Today going to start the week with o6,5 in Toronto. The Leafs hopefully keep on rolling with Matthews and Nylander on fire and the Hawks should be able to create problems for their defense.
